Payment options and billing

1) Regular WEDOS.OnLine customers

Payment partner

We use the international platform FastSpring to process payments, handle the tax document and tax management based on the customer country. After payment you receive a confirmation and an invoice automatically by email.

Available payment methods

• payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• other local methods depending on the country

Payment security

• encrypted connection (SSL / TLS)
• the PCI DSS standard for protecting payment data
• automatic protection against fraudulent transactions
• payment data is not stored on WEDOS Online servers

Service billing

Services are billed based on usage, usually once a month (invoice after the period or when the minimum amount is reached, tax document by email).

How it appears on your statement

On your statement the transaction may appear as FastSpring, the name of the payment system that processed it.

2) Partners with a WEDOS account (EWM)

If you use the EWM (Early Warning Monitoring) system, billing is handled directly by WEDOS / VEDOS Hosting. FastSpring is not used; the invoice and payment details are issued by WEDOS.

For business partners we offer advance payments (a credit model).

Regular customers: billing FastSpring, settlement once a month / min. €5.

WEDOS (EWM): billing WEDOS, payments per the WEDOS system.

B2B / Resellers: advance payments, terms by individual agreement.
